Remedy to get rid of worry

I found a cure, to the most contagious or the most prevalent illness in the world, WORRY! Worry is considered a sickness which can be prevented if extra care is taken..After years of discoveries or so called research, this is what I feel is the most adequate methods taken to eliminate worries.

1)When u started to worry, try to think of happy memories like 1st time get presents from friends or 1st time mum hug u
2)Assume that 1 year later, will this negative thoughts that u are pondering about matter?Then, u will realised how utterly foolish of u to waste so much time on it.
3)Feel grateful of what u have and never think of what u dun have/
4) Get some sleep.
5)Run around or get a pillow, nt to sleep on it but to hit it hard
6)Do something u like to do
7)Meditate.
8)Get a bath

Thanks to all these remedies, Hui Jan is stilll alive n kicking like a big baby.
